Due to increased use and circulation of articles written by Lily Oak the following terms and conditions have been implemented from 01/11/2010. They replace any previous agreements or consents given with regards to new use of articles after this date.
Please note this policy only affects people wanting to use, reproduce, print or store content, it does not apply to people creating and publishing links to them.
1) All articles, blog posts, photographs or other content written or created by 'Lily Oak' are copyrighted to Lindsay Caulfield. If you are granted permission or license to use, reproduce print or store these, you do not gain any copyright entitlement.
2) If you wish to use, reproduce, print or store any content copyrighted you must contact us via the contact form or email to hedge-witchery.com@hotmail.com to advise of the content you wish to use and for what purpose. You must wait to receive an email back confirming that you may to go ahead with content usage and any conditions associated with it's use before going ahead with any actions resulting in the content's use.
3) If you do not wish to complete actions set out in point (2), then you may pay a one off usage fee via Helium.com, registration to this site as a publisher will be required.
4) If you choose not to follow steps (2) or (3) you will be invoiced a usage fee by Hedge Witchery Books directly. This will consist of £0.05 per word and £10 per image or video used. You will also be charged an additional fee for correspondence following initial invoice, this will be £5 per letter from Hedge Witchery Books, £3 per email from Hedge Witchery Books. Charges will be due for payment within 30 days of invoice being issued. After the 30 day period, charges are subject to 10% APR. You may also be asked to remove all or part of the content from circulation.
By using any of the content you are automatically accepting to the points above, and agree to abide by them.
